Located in the southwestern corner of Utah, the 30,000-square foot Fitness Ridge Resort & Spa (formerly known as the Body Shop Spa) offers a one-week-minimum, results-oriented program for health, fitness, and weight loss. The resort accommodates up to 30 guests (per week). The 1,250-square-foot Ridgeline Spa & Salon offers massages, facials, and hair and nail services. The program includes morning guided hikes, unlimited fitness classes, complimentary bicycling, three calorie-checked and portion-controlled meals a day, cooking demonstrations, and classes in nutrition and stress management. There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and quiet room.
The resort is nearby several national and state parks, including Snow Canyon State Park, Zion National Park, and Grand Canyon National Park.
